We have bought a few cars from Simmons-Rockwell in the past 15 years. Went in recently to try to get a good deal on a used truck. The salesman was less than enthused about helping us make a deal and just past 15 years. Went in recently to try to get a good deal on a used truck. The salesman was less than enthused about helping us make a deal and just kept returning with financial numbers that were getting higher each time he would come back with them. I mean if you don't want to sell us a car, just tell us. It seemed very shady, and it just felt like he was trying to make the deal for his own benefit. I get it, the dealership needs to make money but when the numbers are going up instead of down near what we were budgeting where is the customer care and satisfaction? We told him what numbers we were looking around and he just was coming back with higher prices. Wasted about 2 hours for nothing. Yep, very disappointed with the salesman. And it was the car I really wanted! First time we left Simmons-Rockwell empty handed. More

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER. Brought my Nissan in today 2/13/23 for 4 new tires. Upon picking up I noticed that 1 hubcap is now broken. I’ve been car shopping for three months with a few other dealerships, but they kept falling short. He was transparent, personable, and upfront. Even when I made a last minute change in a coverage plan, he put the work in and never got flustered. He got the new purchase order to my bank quickly so I could grab my payment fast. In fact he streamlined all the paperwork and even dealt with my insurance company so I didn’t have to. I arrived from the bank with everything ready to be signed and organized! It was an extremely easy process. I’d also like to add that in addition to being extremely knowledgeable, he was very professional. (I had a sales rep at another dealer who clearly needed training on micro aggression.) He clearly cared how I felt about the process and purchase which really meant a lot to me and sealed the deal. 2018 Elantra I love my Hyundai! I had a 2003 Elantra that I sold in 2013 for a 2011 Chevy Cruze, worst mistake I could have possible made. After a horrible expiren I love my Hyundai!
