Was able to book an oil change and diagnostic visit only one day prior. The staff is friendly and efficient. The waiting area is clean with free coffee or tea. I am so glad I contacted Randy and made the purchase with Simpson Chevrolet!! I was so impressed by their professionalism! They facilitated the majority of the process online, so there was very little paperwork to do when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, saving my valuable time. The vehicle was ready at the time we had set, clean and in showroom condition. Tyler did a fantastic job, dealing with the last bits of paperwork and then showing me the car and setting up all the software in it for me. However, I was a little disappointed that my car wasn't washed after the service.
