I bring my fleet company car here on a regular basis and the service is usually excellent, however, on my last visit, I waited about five plus hours due to communication breakdown between Simpson and Fleet the service is usually excellent, however, on my last visit, I waited about five plus hours due to communication breakdown between Simpson and Fleet Element, regarding replacement tires. I was finally recommended by the service attendant to just go to a tire specialty store. I would have been better customer service if I was just given that recommendation from the start, I only have secondhand information regarding the communication with Fleet Element, so I cannot speak to it directly on what did or did not happen. I finally went to Big O Tires, no appt, I was in and out in 90 minutes. I would recommend your service WITH the CAVEAT that don't get replacement tires there if you have a fleet vehicle. More

Even though I moved 50 miles from Simpson Chevrolet in Irvine, I still bring it to them because I trust them, especially my rep James Simpson. Randy and Tyler made my experience as simple as possible. They were upfront, no surprises, and they got all the paperwork done before I came in. Was able to book an oil change and diagnostic visit only one day prior. The staff is friendly and efficient. The waiting area is clean with free coffee or tea. (Sometimes donuts if you are there early!) T one day prior. The staff is friendly and efficient. The waiting area is clean with free coffee or tea. (Sometimes donuts if you are there early!) "I recently took my C8 Corvette to Simpson Chevrolet in Irvine for an oil change, and overall, I had a very positive experience. The service team was courteous and efficient, getting the job done quickly. Irvine for an oil change, and overall, I had a very positive experience. The service team was courteous and efficient, getting the job done quickly. I especially appreciated the free Uber ride service they offer, which made dropping off and picking up my car incredibly convenient. However, I was a little disappointed that my car wasn't washed after the service. While I understand that not all services include a wash, it's a nice touch that many dealerships offer, and it would have completed the experience. Despite this minor detail, I would still recommend Simpson Chevrolet for their excellent customer service and efficient maintenance. I'll definitely consider returning for future services." More
