I make appts so I don’t have to wait 1 1/2-2 hours for my oil to be changed. I’ve been patient (unhappy) but patient about this for 3 years now. Your service attendant for oil changes seem to not be organized and unconcerned about the wait. Also Why would a new service attendant be getting trained by someone so slow and unorganized when there was customers waiting 1 1/2-2 hours for oil change pass their appointments? Why do you offer appointments online when you don’t honor them or the customers that make them? I will be hard pressed to come back for any service on my GMC Acadia in the near future.

My spouse called thebprovided number the next day and was told this is just the office number and Mr. SIsbarro is in and out. They provided an email address saying that would be the easiest way to contact him 10 days later and no response to the email.
