Please if you value keeping your sanity and driving your vehicle then do not take them here. They have had my truck for 4 months and give me a new xxxxxxxx story everytime I go up there. Because god forbid someone actually answer the dang phone or return your messages. Even got Chrysler Corp involved and they can't even get in touch with anyone. Update: 3/1 I get voicemail from Matthew. They are giving up on my truck I can come & get it. After spending some time socializing. Matthew & I have a light bulb go off. They are going to look into the last ditch idea. Fingers crossed they turn this nightmare into an amazing recovery story.

"Great Customer Service in "Service Department""

Took my car to Skyland for routine check up and the customer service in the "Service Dept" is great! The reason I continue to go to Skyland Automotive is because the customer service at the "Service Dept" is AWESOME! Darrell greets me with a smile every time and makes sure all the details are taken care of and I do not feel I need to ask him again, because he has already taken care of my needs. The lease car program which Hilliary is in charge of is prompt and always friendly! And how could I forget Nate..he is always pleasant to talk to and has a smile on his face! What a great TEAM! Thank you Skyland Automotive!!

"Service Dept & General Manager Deception"

I bought a used Saturn Vue, had cooling system issue in 3 weeks. The REAL Problem was skirted, the endless appts & their diagnostics uncovered as Lies by 2 garages. They Doubled the cost, 2 Require ME 2 pay entire bill. Traded a year later, $4000 less than I paid, due to the Problems. Nice Service wait area, many folks with similar complaints. Plan on spending your day off WAITING. The General Mgr Collaberated with the Deception, via emails & phone. The Salesperson was Professional. The Finance Officer was awesome, but Service was TRASH.

"Terrible, horrible service department!"

Sales staff is actually great to deal with; always feel like we get a good deal. We have purchased several vehicles with Dwayne and he is responsive to work with. HOWEVER, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service department! I am not certain how after so many years, Matthew Garren is still employed as the Service Dept Manager. Phone calls are never returned, impossible to call and get an update or even make an appointment. I end up just dropping by and leaving my vehicle because I can never get in touch with anyone. They've had my car for over a week and can't get anyone to call me back with an update. Sales guy even went and talked to them a few times, still nothing. For this reason alone, this will be my absolute last purchase from this dealership. I rather drive out of my way for purchasing and servicing my car than deal with Skyland any longer.

"Various Services to 2008 Mazda Mx5"

From the initial call to picking up my Mx5 the whole experience was excellent! Chad Barnwell and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive -- great communicators -- and seemed genuinely happy working for Skyland Automotive and working with customers and each other! The waiting area has comfortable seating for both relaxing and working on laptop, etc. Free snacks were provided (including fresh fruit). Ultimately, because some of the services ended up requiring more time, I was offered (and accepted) a loaner (2017 Mazda 9) for no extra cost. Within 24 hours, Chad called to let me know my car was ready. I drove the loaner car and picked up my car the next morning. The paperwork was detailed and itemized, easily understood, and Chad took the time to explain each item and the cost. I took several coupons I had received either via mail or email, and the reductions in price were a great savings! I have used Skyland Automotive exclusively for anything related to my 2008 Mazda MX5 and will continue to do so because of their attention to customer service and expertise.

After getting a flat tire on highway 40 with a family of four when trying to return to Greensboro, NC, I contacted Skyland Motors and received awesome customer service. Unfortunately, there was not a tire to fit my 2017 300C in stock. So, Skyland arranged for my family to enjoy an unexpected overnight stay in Asheville. With some assistance from Greenville, SC the two dealerships arranged to meet half way and had us on our way the following afternoon. Skyland absolutely made what could have been a nightmare a bearable experience. Thanks for the great customer service Nathan!!!

"Excellent repair on beloved 1995 dodge turbo diesel "

The work performed on my 1995 dodge was excellent. Mike LeDane was my service writer. He treated me as if I had bought one of his new dodge diesel. He realized that I being the original owner, really love that truck, which my wife uses to tow her horse trailer. The truck throttle cable was repaired and was not adjusted properly, by someone else. They adjust that perfect. Also needed a lift transfer pump. It was letting air into the fuel system. They also performed maintenance on the transfer case, and a complete transmission service which we needed. Well, took the truck home, it ran great. Thank you Skyland Dodge, and Mike LeDane. WG

I bought my car new at Skyland in 2008. It's still a great car and they are still helping me keep it sound. I get coupons for a free oil change and check up every year from them. The salesman who helped me buy the car, Jeremy Shea, still remembers me and chats with me whenever we run in to each other. He and the business are really helpful. Thanks, Skyland!
