"Quick, excellent help. Friendly personnel and helpful."

Service personnel were quick to attend to my needs. Made me feel welcome and went about their duties in a professional manner. They recognize me as a returning customer and were good about making me feel welcome. Service was quick and 'out-to-door' in no time. Customer lounge is getting quite "long in the tooth" and could use some updating. No reflection on the service personnel.

I always have a great experience whenever I am there. This time was warranty work and wheel alignment. The waiting lounge is comfortable. Whenever somebody passes by they always ask how am I and can they do anything for you. The MB service manager explained what was happening and what was wrong and how they fixed it. The wheel alignment was off and the car did track better when driven on the highway. Very pleased with work performed.

"Great dealership, great service, great experience."

After relocating to Charleston, SC I discovered a lack of reliable service at the Mercedes dealer. Having experienced great service from Skyland and with Darrell Inman in the service department, I elected to make the ten hour round trip to Asheville to have my car serviced. I expected and received great service and was accommodated by Darrell as always. I will continue to make the trip for service on my other Mercedes, all which were purchased through Sam King at Skyland.

Sometimes when you go for service, you feel as if nothing happens! I was at the front of the line and they got me right in and out. Also pointed out that I needed tires and gave me several options, softly. Well done Chad and Jason!

Please if you value keeping your sanity and driving your vehicle then do not take them here. They have had my truck for 4 months and give me a new xxxxxxxx story everytime I go up there. Because god forbid someone actually answer the dang phone or return your messages. Even got Chrysler Corp involved and they can't even get in touch with anyone. Update: 3/1 I get voicemail from Matthew. They are giving up on my truck I can come & get it. After spending some time socializing. Matthew & I have a light bulb go off. They are going to look into the last ditch idea. Fingers crossed they turn this nightmare into an amazing recovery story.

"Great Customer Service in "Service Department""

Took my car to Skyland for routine check up and the customer service in the "Service Dept" is great! The reason I continue to go to Skyland Automotive is because the customer service at the "Service Dept" is AWESOME! Darrell greets me with a smile every time and makes sure all the details are taken care of and I do not feel I need to ask him again, because he has already taken care of my needs. The lease car program which Hilliary is in charge of is prompt and always friendly! And how could I forget Nate..he is always pleasant to talk to and has a smile on his face! What a great TEAM! "Service Dept & General Manager Deception"

I bought a used Saturn Vue, had cooling system issue in 3 weeks. The REAL Problem was skirted, the endless appts & their diagnostics uncovered as Lies by 2 garages. They Doubled the cost, 2 Require ME 2 pay entire bill. Traded a year later, $4000 less than I paid, due to the Problems. Nice Service wait area, many folks with similar complaints. Plan on spending your day off WAITING. The General Mgr Collaberated with the Deception, via emails & phone. The Salesperson was Professional. The Finance Officer was awesome, but Service was TRASH.
