My wife and I had been checking the internet for months looking for the right late model F-150 to buy. There was an overwhelming number of choices but we found Skyline's website very helpful and found a p looking for the right late model F-150 to buy. We were not looking forward to the used vehicle buying experience mindful of some of the stories we had heard. But we were greeted and helped by Ron Parrish who was polite, knowledgable, and attentive but not pushy . We had done our research and knew what we were willing to pay and with minimal haggling we were able to arrive at a price. We appreciated the no pressure approach of both Ron and Octavio and how quickly and efficiently the transaction was conducted. We would not hesitate to recommend Skyline Ford to others. More

Walt & John were both good to work with. Their sales tactic is a little "high pressure" for me, which is the reason for a rating of Good as opposed to Great. I think that they should have had confidence in the vehicle that I was looking at, and the service that they had provided thus far, to know that we would likely return. The pressure was enough that we nearly left without purchasing, even though I loved the vehicle and knew that we were going to be able to negotiate a fair price. More

Wow! I love my new C-Max hybrid! Don Watson was amazing to work with. The very first time I went in just to look at the car, he provided me the information I needed with no sales pressure. I test drove a different brand hybrid at a different dealership and even if I had liked that car (which I didn't) the difference in sales professionalism was so obvious that Don and Skyline would have convinced me to buy the C-Max without a doubt. When I went back, again there was no pressure - Don listened with so much attention to all of my needs and wants in a car and let me look over his shoulder on his computer as he searched to find the car that best fit my needs. Again, no pressure. And as a professional sales person myself, I totally appreciated his low key approach - I wanted to do business with him. Once he found the car, the delivery was flawless and efficient. Did I say that I love my C-Max hybrid?? For the first time in my career, I missed a week at the gas station! I got gas midway through week 2 because it felt like I should, but I still had over 100 miles to go to empty! My very first gas fill was 41mpg! The first time I drove the C-Max in a very serious wind and rain storm I was so impressed - I have never driven a car that held the road so well. I didn't even realize how bad the storm was until I got to my destination and got out of the car. I would recommend the C-Max Hybrid, Skyline Ford and especially Don Watson to anyone and everyone!
