I had a very limited budget to work with so my expectations of what I could afford never reached the level of a new car. I went to Skyline Ford because they had some used cars I wanted to see. Jeremy greeted me on the lot and went to work helping me get the most for my money. To my surprise, Jeremy, Chad and Marc worked their magic and I drove away in a brand new Fiesta. I felt throughout the whole process that they were really working on my behalf and not pushing their own agenda. I've already told several friends and family members about the great experience I had at Skyline and I will continue to share my fabulous experience with anyone who will listen. More

When I came in today to sign the papers, Juan and Korey had everything set up so it took me only 15 minutes before I could drive with my perfect car. The car we wanted wasn't available locally so Korey did his research and found the ideal car in Seattle. Korey arranged to have the vehicle transferred to Salem where we took possession of the car. The night we took possession Korey took the time to accurately explain the operational functions of the vehicle. Newer cars have electronic controls whose operation is often not totally obvious. Korey's accurate tutoring made the drive home a relaxing experience. If I have the opportunity to purchase another vehicle I will ask for Korey by name to be my salesman. I would recommend you do the same if you would like a pleasant car buying experience. - I also would like to recommend kudos for Chad, who assessed the value of our trade-in and Mark who closed the deal for us. Buying a car from 380 miles away was a pleasure. I wanted to buy a very specific used 2014 Subaru WRX with a certain color and options. I searched online on Cargurrus and found only 2 for sale in th I wanted to buy a very specific used 2014 Subaru WRX with a certain color and options. I searched online on Cargurrus and found only 2 for sale in the US that met my specifications. The one with the lowest miles was at Skyline Ford which is 380 miles away from my California home. I spoke to Jeremy on the phone. He texted me photos of the car's few blemishes and told me the car had no hidden problems. I texted him a photo of the car I wanted to trade in and he gave me an offer for my car that was much higher than I expected. Before I drove 7 hours to see the WRX, Jeremy promised the car was as advertised and that he would hold it for me without a deposit until I arrived the next day. The car was better than I expected and I said that I wanted it for the price listed online. Jeremy then told me that the price had just been dropped $1000.00 and he sold the WRX to me for a price lower than what I was willing to pay. When it came to my trade in he gave me the full amount promised and did not try to nickel and dime me down with scratches and dings that are typical for a 8 year old car with 118,000 miles on it. I have driven the car I bought from Jeremy for 3 weeks and I love it. I would buy a car again from Jeremy because of his hard work, honesty and integrity. Also, he is just a really nice guy. More

Korey made a follow up call shortly after that but being as busy as we are we couldn't make it in for a test drive for a week or so. After test driving at a few different dealers we decided on skyline, the crew at skyline was quick at getting the car ready to go Korey was great to accommodate us. The finance dept was fast at getting us a loan at a good rate we, only had a 2 hr window to get it done from the time we walked in the door.
