I can't say enough good about our Salesman Dan Waldron on this purchase. As an unabashed "hater of all Salesmen" type, I found the whole process unbelievably pleasant. Dan shares a similar sarcastic sense of humor as I, so that made things a lot of fun thru the process. Being an engineer by trade I had tons of questions for Dan. I e-mailed him the next day with paragraph after paragraph of obscure questions about various specification and feature questions. He answered every one of my questions, and on many this required a fair bit of research on his part. He also let us take two different test drives (over two evenings) just so my wife and I to be sure our decision on our purchase: Our 1st ever new car or truck purchase as we have always purchased newer used rigs in the past. After we decided to buy, he diligently looked for a vehicle that met our needs and desires out of a dwindling supply of 2012 models, so we could take advantage of the good rebates currently available: We found a truck that met all of our needs except it did come with these really dorky cab roof lights ($55) and do we really need the $85 snowplow option?! The process of settling on a price was also as stress free as it could have been for a cheap-skate like myself contemplating a high dollar purchase: A bit of back and forth thru the day on e-mail and we were ready to go last night with very little to do but "sign on the dotted line". Perhaps I've been wrong all these years about salesmen....Nah....Working with Dan and the whole staff at Skyline was just a really great experience! More

After buying cars from Seattle to California since 1985, these two did an above the board job to make our purchase for our 16yr old stress less. We called on the truck at 10am and heading for the dealership from Corvallis. Immediately Phil met us in the showroom and we took the truck out for a drive. No waiting as usually for a half hour or more to get help was the service I tell my employees everyday as a manager of a large bank. Finding the rig needed a bit of seat work on a cigarette burn on the seat, they immediately took it to see if we could get it worked on. In two hours they had the seat redone and we came back with a cashier's check and closed the deal in under 30 minutes with Octavia. In these days where superior customer service is lacking, and usually leaving a customer lazing, gave me an instant impression that no matter what vehicle used or new they care about the customer and how they feel about there experience at the lot. Both of them should be complimented as I looked for over 3 months to find the right vehicle for my daughter, and have bought 3 BMW's in the last 5 years where even in the high end market didn't match the ease of this purchase. He then found a way for me to trade in the old car and purchase My F150 and a 2011 Fusion that Ron found for my wife in five minutes. It was trying times after my wife rolled my car ( fortunately she was not hurt bad ) dealing with the insurance company and looking for a replacement vehicle But Ron and Octavio Made things a lot better with there Knowledge and caring for the customer.
