Of all the new cars that we test drove over a weekend, not only was the car we liked the best fit for us but the politeness and knowledge of the salesman drew us back to that specific dealership. My husband and I trade in vehicles frequently. In 2011 we purchased two newer used vehicles from Sage. He treats us like we are his only client. I actually purchased my vehicle without the assistance of my husband and I did not feel at any point that I was being treated any differently than if my husband would have been there. I have his cell phone number and I have called him on his off days (and once later in the evening when something in my car wasn't working how I thought it was supposed to) and he cheerfully answers my call and helps me with whatever my issues are. This is definately beyond the call of duty. We will continue to go to Sage for our cars and when it is time for our two boys to trade up their vehicles they will go to him as well as he is our "go to" guy. I highly recommend him! More

the sales part of was great, but when I started having problems with the vehicle the ran a diagnostic on it and told me that for further diagnostic I have to take it to a GMC dealership and that the sales problems with the vehicle the ran a diagnostic on it and told me that for further diagnostic I have to take it to a GMC dealership and that the salesman would get back to me on that.2 weeks later the vehicle is broke down and no one want to take care of it. It isn't their problem because it was purchased as is and the salesmen didn't add the extended warranty as I had requested. I had to walk part of the way home from Salem to Independence when the vehicle broke down. However they will do a free check to see what is wrong with it if I can get it towed to them. At this point I am still waiting for a call to see what is wrong. The battery is only 2 1/2 years old. More
