While on our way to knocking a few items off our laundry list of today's todo's, we stopped by Donofrio's Skyline Ford just to take a look. My hubby and I have talked for awhile about upgrading from our 3 door green/teal 1997 Ford F250 light duty to something with more room for a future family and a little bit better on gas mileage. We roamed the lot for awhile and were surprised we were not instantly hunted down by a salesman. Awesome! We had some time to look and enjoy ourselves. Ron then offered us some guidance and assistance throughout the lot. While there wasn't much on the lot for used vehicles, he asked what we were interested in and then offered to see what was available on a few of the other Skyline Ford lots based on our needs, wants and budget. Ron provided great info that help us narrow down what it was we truly wanted, even features we didn't realize we wanted. Instead of running errands all day we hung out with Ron and Sage at the dealership purchasing a 'new to us' 2004 2tone white and grey 4 door Ford F150 FX4 with all leather seats, improved gas mileage and even better... plenty of space for a growing family! We were not planning nor expecting to leave with a new vehicle but it happened and we've never been so excited for the present and future. I'm proud to ride shotgun with my man and our dog. Sage worked hard to crunch the #'s even when there were multiple customers at the dealership trying to make a deal. He never missed a beat and he kept his cool. He was kind enough to check in on us and keep us informed on the progress. This was a very pleasant and overall somewhat painless first time buyer experience. There is another way to do business, and you might think you need to buy an expensive car at a luxury brand to get anything like respectful treatment. Or you can see Chris, Walt and Sage at Keizer Skyline Ford and be treated with respect and sincerity no matter what your financial status. These three worked with me via email, texts, phone calls and never played games or switched figures. It was reliable information, no pressure, just a compelling factual matter. Each in their own roles respected my unique circumstances, showed me the details of everything involved, worked hard to find answers and allowed me to take time to consider options and alternatives, and ultimately fashioned a transaction that is exactly what I needed. I've bought cars at those other brands in my life, and felt great about the experience. But never have I felt like recommending a dealership before. Check these guys out. More
