David Radke Was the BEST!! I have never had a better experience buying a car. David was very low key and was not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable about my new Explorer. He showed me everything and then even took the time to sync my cell phone for me before I left and we called a friend to test it. I bought my car a little over a month ago and today David made me even feel better about going to Skyline Keizer Ford. I locked myself out of my car at a store and didn't even have my cell phone that was locked in the car in my purse. The store let me use their phone and the first person that I thought to call was him. He got me all the info I needed and put me in touch with Ford roadside assistance and within a hour of locking myself out I was in my car and going back home. I would tell anyone that wants a great experience with a dealership and buying a car to go to Keizer Ford and ask for David. More

New truck delivery I went to the Keizer store on a Sunday to take delivery on my new f250, before driving off the lot a noise from the right front wheel was discovered I went to the Keizer store on a Sunday to take delivery on my new f250, before driving off the lot a noise from the right front wheel was discovered by an employe assisting Walt. Walt made a call to Jeramy who not only was recovering from a illness, was watching his daughter, and his day off, came down fixed the issue and I was able to drive away that same Sunday, I even made my tee time. We began with Ron at Keizer Ford, who helped us to view several Fords, but was so comfortable with his product that he allowed us time to investigate other brands - not common in car sales. A week or so later we came back to Ron as his professionalism and great attitude proved to be superior to all others we had attempted to work with. Ron helped us to make a decision by offering both new, used and lease options and explained the difference between the options with clarity - and NO pressure. All with a great attitude. Anyone who asks for a recommendation on a car dealership will only hear about Ron and Skyline Ford from us!! More

I am not new to the car buying experience, and I can easily say that both experiences were the most enjoyable of any car I have purchased. Dave works hard to ensure his customers are satisfied, and Sage does everything he can to provide a great deal, a quick buying process, and also strives for customer satisfaction. The environment is friendly and there is no pressure, and treating the customer right is clearly a requirement for all who work there. As a Toyota fan, I didn't think that I'd be patronizing a Ford dealership; however, when my husband came home and told me that he'd seen a 4-Runner in excellent condition there, I approached the lot as a customer, rather than a passing admirer. Sure enough, the 4-Runner was in excellent condition, and my interest in purchasing it became greater after interacting with the outstanding sales staff, in particular, Sage Bass and Garrett Nott. They went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction, and were friendly and helpful throughout the transaction. Thank you for making our car purchasing experience a pleasant one; we'll be back! More

SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER Recently I purchased an “07” Nissan Xterra from Skyline Keizer Ford. First let me state that the thought of purchasing a vehicle is not on my preferre Recently I purchased an “07” Nissan Xterra from Skyline Keizer Ford. First let me state that the thought of purchasing a vehicle is not on my preferred things to do!!! I called and inquired about the vehicle first and spoke with Ron Parrish. When I arrived the vehicle was waiting for me and there was no push. We took it for a drive and it seemed ok yet I admit I was a bit leary of it. The clutch was not as responsive as I thought it might be yet I did chalk it up to my having not driven a standard transmission vehicle for some time. It was however the type of vehicle I wanted. Ron and Sage worked hard to get me the best deal and accomplished it. No push and shove as is often the case. Nice transaction and accomplished in relative short order. I drove away stopping only to fuel it up. Low and behold within days the clutch completely failed. I was steaming. I called Ron and stated, “I am not a happy man!” Within an hour and a half a tow truck arrived from Keizer. One week later they called and stated that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Less than two hours later Ron was at my location, drove me to the Skyline Keizer and I picked up my vehicle. They picked up the whole tab!!! Wow what incredible service!!! And this on a vehicle that was purchased “As Is, No Warranty!” Skyline Keizer changed my mind about car dealers! The price was fair and the SERVICE AND FOLLOW UP CARE IS OUTSTANDING!!! Walt introduced me to Garrett Nott, Garrett then took me on a test drive, he was very friendly and knowledgeable, he was interested in what I was looking for and was very sincere. The actual process of deciding on the truck and a possible price went very easily and surprisingly quick. Next I was introduced to Sage Bass. Garrett and Sage were very interested in my needs for a trade in on my vehicle and the price of the truck, they worked very quickly to come up with an offer on both that met my needs. Sage processed the paperwork very quickly, and spent time with me on various options of financing, soon I was on my way. I scheduled a time to meet with them the next day to complete the transaction, Sage kept in contact with me by phone, so that my wife and I could come in to the dealership and finish up without in the least amount of time, The experience was really smooth, great people make a great process. More
