I used to go to Skyway to change my oil for my 2018 Camaro SS they used to put a half synthetic in which cost me about $65 the last time I went there they decided to put full synthetic in even though w Camaro SS they used to put a half synthetic in which cost me about $65 the last time I went there they decided to put full synthetic in even though what I've been getting is half synthetic and then they charged me $91 without even asking permission or if it was okay to change to that even though I've been there several times and they know what my car gets I will no longer be going to Skyway for my oil changes or anything else for that matter had a friend who worked there they told him to upsell and he said he would not upsell things that did not need to be done he was let go More
The experience was great up until near signing. Cole was awesome, helpful getting the vehicle we we're interested in, and making the process quick. Now I had been looking at similar vehicles nearby (bout 40 mins) and noticed they had much better deal, but when I brought this up to Sales Mgr Mr John Wayne his tone completely changed angrily he said that dealer was a liar and he was already losing money on this deal and wasn't gonna budge. After he walked away he continued to rant (I couldn't hear sorta deaf) but the wife did and it was disrespectful to my wife, myself, and poor impression was left where we no longer wanted to purchade a new vehicle from Skyway Buick. The boss over him apologized for his actions but it really felt like empty words. More
