It was an easy exchange of information where I described what I wanted and determined if this was a person who would not frustrate me and could deliver on what I wanted. He listened intently, was very thorough, detailed and informative and stayed within the parameters that I had laid out in the first phone call. I looked at 4 possibilities matching my criteria; test drove 1 and easily made my decision. Going to Honda of Bartlesville was a wonderful experience. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone at anytime and I learned that Beebe was a great person to have on your side and was also well respected by his peers. More

Previously, Matt Baxter and the senior technician determined what was wrong (transmission indicator sensor), showed me what had caused the problem, reset the indicator, and let me know that it might happen again. Unfortunately, the indicator light came on again; Matt and the technicians were there to ensure that it was, indeed, the transmission indicator sensor, washed my car and scheduled an appointment to have the sensor replaced. All of this was done without an appointment, at the end of a busy day, and with smiles on their faces. The Honda of Bartlesville service folks are great and easy-to-work-with. More

Warranty Work I've had my 2015 Honda Accord Touring in for an excessive wind noise problem. I also had discovered there was a recall on the car (found it on UTube g I've had my 2015 Honda Accord Touring in for an excessive wind noise problem. I also had discovered there was a recall on the car (found it on UTube googling for wind noise on 2015 Honda Accords) and advised the Service Advisor. They replaced the door seals and window seals and the problem has been corrected. I want to state the Service Advisor, David Hughbanks, was a pleasure to work with and demonstrated Outstanding Customer Service skills. His efforts make me feel very confident in the Service Department at Honda of Bartlesville. More
