Service Review I have been a Honda Pilot owner for 6 years. It has been a great experience working with Mark in the service Department. They have other great peopl I have been a Honda Pilot owner for 6 years. It has been a great experience working with Mark in the service Department. They have other great people there, Mark was my first experience there and he has taken care of me every since. He gave me his personal line to call and I do anytime I have a problem. My concerns on the care overall have been small things that I have needed to check...so no major overalls. But with a 2006 we have changed belts, fixed a starter, changed the break pads and numerous oil changes. Mark understands ...Busy, and he is willing to take you back to work, or work with you to get a loaner. All the service men seem to look out of each others customers and don't leave you hanging. They do have a small lounge area where you can see cars drive up and out, but I tend to just like to go back to work or home and Mark's helper faithfully calls me and either comes get me or I have my loaner. I like Honda and plan to be a Honda girl for many years. More

Replaced recalled air bag actuator, and adjusted valves. 2006 Honda CRV, purchased new at this dealership, needed the recalled air bag actuator replaced; and also needed the engine valves adjusted. I had the vehicle at the service center at 9:00am, and it was finished well before noon. The car was washed free before it was returned to me. Best car shopping experience I talked to Hal about driving to Bartlesville (I live in South Tulsa) to look at some cars and let him know what type of vehicle I was searching. One of his salesmen called me and I he went thru a list of possibilities. A week later I called up and talked to David and told him we would be there in a couple of hours. We got there and Bebee greeted us and they had cars all lined up about front for me to look at and choose which to test drive (new and used).
