When we arrived, he had the exact model and color we were looking for washed and warming up for us to test drive right. It is refreshing to know I can walk in and get the best price and efficient, friendly service from knowledgeable sales professionals. I wanted to get an estimate on what the trade-in value of my car was and check about financing. Chatting online with Adrian, i learned that I really needed to bring it in so they could test drive it, but he did answer my questions about financing. The next day, I stopped in to visit. Bruno and Adrian weren't there, but Eric helped me. The assessor wasn't there to give me a trade-in value on my car, but I test drove a vehicle and Erica gave me some great information. My husband actually took my car to the dealership without my knowledge! He did call me to see who i had visited with on my last trip to find out which car I had test drove. By the time I got there with the title to my car, all the paperwork was pretty much filled out and we only had to visit with Amy about financing and sign! Bruno was wonderful and transferred most of my belongings from the old car to the new one. Once we were ready to go, he helped me sync my phone with the car and went over anything I needed to know. I previously had another Honda vehicle that I purchased through this dealership. The salespeope were great then and the service department were great! I never had an issue or problem out of the service department and - my favorite part - they always vacuumed and washed my car when I took it in for ay service - even an oil change! I really missed that with the last dealership that I purchased a vehicle through. And I'm really glad to be COMING HOME! More

This was my best car-shopping experience ever! My wife and I were looking for the best car option to replace our old Avenger. We walked in and the guy who was at the door asked us if we remembered who we worked with before. Since we did not recall the name of the previous person we spoke with, he sent "one of their best" as he said. Adrian Buitink came to see us and we started taking about a new accord. He sent us to test drive one of the accords they had and told us he was not coming with us so we could take the cat for a drive and talk about the option of buying it that day. We drove it, came back and we told Adrian we were still looking at other options that day. Adrian did not push us at all, he encouraged us to look at the other cars and come back if we wanted to complete the purchase process with Honda. We left the dealer, test drive other cars, and after considering all the options we decided to purchase. The process was handled in a very professional way by Adrian. He explained everything, found the best deal for us and worked the purchase process in about an hour, which is very fast compared to our previous experiences. Signing the paperwork and closing the deal was so easy, clear and smooth, completely painless. I do recommend this dealer and I am already giving away Adrian's info to my acquaintances and friends. However, I struggled justifying the 350 mile roundtrip it would take me to get there. When the absolute best price at our local dealership was more than $1000 higher for a 100% identical vehicle, road trip it was. On top of an unbeatable price, Jason Herr and Josh Matney did backflips and cartwheels to get me the exact vehicle I wanted in a very tight timeframe. Jason freely offered to come in on a day off and Josh was pulling favors with retired salesmen to get the vehicle I wanted onto their lot within the 2 day window of availability that I had to travel. I've had stressful car buying experiences in the past and was initially skeptical of how open and upfront these guys were...I kept thinking there'd be a catch somewhere but they're the real deal.
