The best possible buying experience!! I have purchased many cars and this was hands down the easiest and most honest buying experience ever. Car and price were as promised - easy and fair trade-in with li many cars and this was hands down the easiest and most honest buying experience ever. Car and price were as promised - easy and fair trade-in with little to no haggling. No up-charges or silly doc/delivery fees - price was as advertised. I drove from Tulsa and found the old saying, "drive a little, save a-lot" to be true. Charles is a no pressure salesman, true to his word. Cannot say enough good things about this experience other than give them a try when it is time for a new honda. Thanks Honda of Bartlesville for a great buying experience. More

Fast and Friendly My Honda only had 3,400 miles on it, and the strut failed. I made an appointment and was greeted by Matt Baxter. He never questioned my initial diagnosis, even though he had no idea I am a car guy. He was happy that I was there, and never talked down to me. I left my car for a couple days so that they could perform the repairs when parts arrived. Matt returned my one call to check in within an hour, and was very professional. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was back to feeling brand new, and they had even washed it for me. More

Most Excellent Experience. Treated with respect and dignity Stopped by just to look at inventory, wound up buying 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe. The price was fair and reasonable to both ourselves and H of B. Part of Stopped by just to look at inventory, wound up buying 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe. The price was fair and reasonable to both ourselves and H of B. Part of the deal was a set of floor pads. H of B obtained and shipped in a short time, however, we never received. UPS showed as delivered but no package on porch. H of B stepped up, ordered another set which delivered quickly and on our porch. Same day as 2nd set appeared, 1st set was also delivered. Seems 1st set was actually delivered to a transposed house number and UPS was in too big of hurry to notice. We've returned the extra set to Jerry Droz and his manager. Kudos to both for service with a smile and going the extra mile. We recommend Honda of Bartlesville to anyone within earshot. More

It was a drive for me, but worth it! I drove from the Tulsa area to try them on a couple of service related issues. Not only did I save money over Tulsa, but received a "great" price and far above average service to boot. Matt was great! He communicated with me ahead of time; so I wouldn't drive a hour for nothing. Their waiting area was comfortable and I was treated with respect through the whole process.
