Dirty air filter scam I purchased a Honda Odyssey November 2018. It had 7 miles on it. August 2019 I got an oil change and tire rotation. They brought me a rat poop packed I purchased a Honda Odyssey November 2018. It had 7 miles on it. August 2019 I got an oil change and tire rotation. They brought me a rat poop packed air filter claiming it was mine. My odyssey is garage kept, and I have no pets. No history of rats. They tried to charge $59 dollars. Then they brought that same nasty filter to another lady customer claiming it was hers. I asked them to remove the new filter they put in and put my old one back in. I can change a filter for $13. When I changed it, my old filter was not the green rat poop filter they’d shown me. I think this is pretty scummy to treat customers like they’re stupid. Seems like sex discrimination. Wonder if they pull this scam with male customers. More

Best car buying experience I have ever witnessed Charles helped my moms pick out and purchase a 2015 Honda Civic yesterday at Honda of Bartlesville. This dealership is a class act! Management met and Charles helped my moms pick out and purchase a 2015 Honda Civic yesterday at Honda of Bartlesville. This dealership is a class act! Management met and greeted all of us, and even talked with my ten year old son who was tagging along. Charles was extremely patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. He took his time, kept everything light, fun, and pressure free the entire time. He made sure all of her needs and comforts were met in the car she was looking at. Next up was Dominykas. He really sealed the deal by offering every possible financing option, and every possible warranty option, at a non rushed pace. He was also easy to talk to, light hearted, and fun. Both of these gentleman stayed well passed closing time to get every detail right. Dominykas made sure she understood all the details in the paperwork, and was happy to answer even the most basic questions. Charles then stayed even longer, making sure she was comfortable with the electronics and radio setup in the car. We were all tired because we arrived at the dealership a little late. They made no excuses for the time; the car was still washed and properly delivered. No complaints from staff, no rude interruptions, no pressure at all. It was like buying a car from family. We are customers for life now, without a doubt! Will not look for a car anywhere else. More
