Best Dealer Out! When I decided to get a new Honda (mine was purchased in 2002) my brother insisted I go to Bartlesville for an honest deal (I live in Broken Arrow, OK When I decided to get a new Honda (mine was purchased in 2002) my brother insisted I go to Bartlesville for an honest deal (I live in Broken Arrow, OK). My salesman was Doug Weber. I was not pushed, Doug explained all services on the car -- and I'm old, lol, so there was a lot I didn't understand. I bought the car and have been very pleased. However, recently the navigation system showed a message that I needed to update. I didn't want to pay that much, and could not get rid of the message. Yesterday I took my car to both Honda dealers in Tulsa. Neither of them could help me with my problem and told me I would have to leave the message on unless I updated. Then I called Doug in Bartlesville and within minutes he emailed me to indicate that due to the year of my car I was eligible for FREE update for FIVE YEARS!!! What a salesman... what a dealership! I'd give it a 10 star rating if that was possible. More
