Waste of my time I was in contacts via email with a salesman, throughout our emails I told him 3 different times what I needed the price to be and he kept reassuring I was in contacts via email with a salesman, throughout our emails I told him 3 different times what I needed the price to be and he kept reassuring me that “it seemed reasonable and they should be able to make it happen”. I drove 3 hours round trip and left without a new car. They were friendly but friendly only gets you so far. They priced my car $2500 under what another dealership offered and wouldn’t come off of thier price. If there wasn’t a chance of them getting down to the price I said I needed it would have been noce to know. It took time away from my family, a waste of gas and put even more miles on my car. More

Shady Business Sold my mom a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse on July 3rd. Before deciding to buy we were told that all major components had been gone over and checked. Less Sold my mom a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse on July 3rd. Before deciding to buy we were told that all major components had been gone over and checked. Less than a week later she found out the front right strut was blown. 2 more weeks later she finds out that it needs a new transmission which is $3,918. Mechanic informs us that if the car had been checked as we were told, they should have known the transmission was bad by how burnt and dirty the fluid was. Now my disabled mother has no vehicle to drive because she has no way of paying to get it fixed. Either we were lied to about it being checked, the person who looked it over doesn’t know what they’re doing, or they knew it but didn’t want anyone to know. Now I wish we had never bought from this place and went somewhere else, especially after they were trying to get us to take it home even before my mom had an approved loan. We kept getting shifted to different people through this process with 4 or 5 people being involved in this, I honestly lost count. Messaged them on Facebook through their page, and not surprisingly, they ignored my message. We will never do business here again and will make sure no one we know does either. Almost forgot about the employee who sat down with us while we were waiting and was eating cookies and talking while eating them. More

The sales people treat me like they appreciate my business, don't pressure me, and are straight shooters who do everything they can to meet my needs. This time I worked with Doug, Beebe, Dominykas, and Josh. All went out of their way for me from the initial discussions to the closing of the sale. I reside in Broken Arrow, but their professionalism makes it worthwhile for me to drive to Bartlesville. I will be back! More

Excellent Buying Experience I had been searching for a new Honda Accord over the last week. I had been working with a nearby dealership and another that termed themselves, "The L I had been searching for a new Honda Accord over the last week. I can tell you that neither dealership could beat the price offered by the other two dealerships. Further, HOB was quick to respond with a great offer on their car to include any document fees, which at the other two dealerships ranged anywhere between $400-$499. At HOB the document fees are a simple $99.00. David Howell was my sales representative and did a great, no-pressure job representing their offer to me for consideration. I also worked with Josh Matney who appraised my car. Their offer on my car was more than fair, creating a win-win for HOB and I. After my deal was agreed upon, I worked with Dominykas Kvedys in finance where we were able to work through the finance paperwork with ease. He took the time to explain everything to me, offering the opportunity t transfer my current Honda extended warranty over to my new car. Overall, this was another great buying experience from HOB. This is my second car to purchase at HOB. I will continue to use HOB going forward. They have a great, no pressure attitude thats values relationship and a commitment to excellence from start to finish. More
