He was very patient and worked with me to get the car I wanted. They didn't have the particular configuration I wanted on their lot so he explored other dealer sites looking for one. When that also came up empty, he ordered one from the factory. He kept me informed as to when the car was built and when it was shipped. He also introduced me to the Service Advisor and showed me the service area, which was nice. Overall, a good experience. More
