As one might imagine, the whole ordeal with the accident was very stressful so we were not looking forward to shopping for a new car or dealing with car salespeople. We found a Pilot on the HoB website, so we decided to make the trip. Upon arrival, David Howell greeted us and made us feel comfortable immediately. We didn't have a lot of time that day, so we told David that we would come back when our schedule permitted. He never pressured us, never made us feel uncomfortable. This business model not only sold the Pilot but also a Civic. We bought the Civic because, for the first time in 20 years, I actually received a fair offer on a trade-in from a dealer. We made the deal and actually got to meet Josh, the Sales Manager, which I've found to also be rare at other dealers. Dominykas in Finance was very respectful of our time, educated us as to what our options were, but again, no pressure or stress. My family and I would like to give our express appreciation to David, Josh, Dominykas, and the rest of the team at Honda of Bartlesville. We purchased two great vehicles that will no doubt serve us well for years to come, thanks to Honda's reliability. However, you can bet that when the time comes, we'll be making that trip back to Bartlesville but with no anxiety or trepidation. More

Good Buying Experience But........................ We recently purchased a 2017 Honda Accord at Honda of Bartlesville. The buying process was painless and they beat the Tulsa dealerships price on the A We recently purchased a 2017 Honda Accord at Honda of Bartlesville. The buying process was painless and they beat the Tulsa dealerships price on the Accord by several hundred dollars. Our trade in value was not as good of a price as we had been offered at a Tulsa dealership but we compromised over some added options on the Accord and came to an agreement. FInancing was easy however we had to haggle over the price of the extended warranty. I wish the dealership would just give the customer their low dollar price to start with and save everyone 30 minutes of their day. We had a couple of negative issues with our purchase at Honda of Bartlesville. The first was the quality of the detail job on our new vehicle. Every vehicle we've ever purchased has always been immaculate when we've arrived at the dealer to pick it up. That was not the case here and I will say our new Honda's detail job was way below average. The wheels were not very clean on the outside and you could see dust layered inside the wheels. It looked as though the wheels had not been washed but only wiped clean. The tires were not treated with tire shine and there was still quite a bit of dust inside the car, especially on the dashboard areas. I found several spots of what the salesman called "rail dust" on the paint. This was easilty removed with some car wax but a customer should not have to do this himself on purchasing a new car. Some may not think these items are a big deal but in my opinion a new car should look no better than the day of purchase. The second issue were a couple of mechanical issues we discovered after getting the vehicle home. We found the programmable seat buttons did not work and a door panel was loose so we have to take the car back to the dealer to have that fixed. Both were fixed by the dealer but it took 2 seperate trips to get them both fixed. Both trips were an hour out of our day that could have been prevented had the vehicle been properly inspected by the sales staff. Overall it was a good experience and we would buy from this dealership again. I would recommend to Honda of Bartlesville they improve their detail work on new cars and have a salesman, mechanic, detail guy, someone ensure all features of a new car are functional before delivering it to the customer to provide a fully satisfied buying experience. More
