It gave me the insight into knowing what I wanted and could afford before establishing communications while the internet salesman. I might add that the online pricing ability greatly reduced the amount of time that would have been needed to discuss,, negotiate, and consider the value for the price. Probably reduced the need for a second visit before making a second visit for a final decision. My initial phone contact and onsite visit were very congenial and relaxed so that I could focused on the decision of purchasing the right vehicle with the right options. Facilities were very nice and support staff were very accommodating and informative, including individuals not directly involved in the transaction. All the staff were very congenial. I was impressed that everyone was so friendly and congenial especially considering we were completely the sale well after closing time on a Friday night (includes sales manager, finance manager, sales staff) . Honda Of Bartlesville - Purchase of 2017 Accord I knew that we was going to be buying a car on Friday night - unless something drastically bad happened. My only decision was what I was going to be buying - Civic, Accord, or CRV. I had done some research with other dealerships (TrueCar) and knew what I could expect to pay. Doug Weber met us in the parking lot and was extremely helpful. I really didn't have any major questions for him, it was just a matter of personal preference for the vehicle. However, Doug presented himself in a professional, non-pushy manner. He presented features of each vehicle and allowed us space to discuss. If I was to complain about one thing it would be price. I really feel like Don Carlton in Tulsa had better pricing. This is our 4th Honda to buy from Honda of Bartlesville and I really wish I would have been given the best cost up front. I ended up requesting a better price and got it. However, I still feel like the price from Don Carlton would have been better. It's probably not a valid way to compare costs, but I took the percentage of the offer price and divided by MSRP. Don Carlton was giving me a better percentage off of list. More

Easy, Quick, and Rewarding I have owned Honda’s for many years and since my family is growing this year, my husband and I decided it was time to trade in the 07 Civic Coupe and I have owned Honda’s for many years and since my family is growing this year, my husband and I decided it was time to trade in the 07 Civic Coupe and get something that would better accommodate our family. We knew that we wanted an Accord, but with so many trim levels, I was undecided. When I explained my wants and needs to Beebe and Josh, they helped me narrow my decision down to two trim levels. They were patient, not pushy, and answered all of our questions and I finally decided on the Accord Sport SE. LOVE THIS CAR. Moving on to finance, Dominykas, explained everything very thoroughly and like the others, he was patient and not pushy. Even though it may sound like we had a long day at the dealership, with a couple of phone calls the day before, we were in and out (including test drives, questions and financing) in under an hour! It was nice to have people that took their time and did not pressure us into buying something we didn’t want or need! Thank you Honda of Bartlesville for making this stress free! More
