Best car buying experience ever I recently purchased a new Honda Odyssey mini van. Before buying I researched online to determine what I wanted and what a fair price would be. Neither one was helpful, providing me with nothing more than classic car salesman run around. I called Honda of Bartlesville, told Josh what I was looking for and he immediately quoted me a price with no hassle. The price was fair and in line with what me research indicated I should pay. There was no further pressure to buy or any threat to withdraw the offer. I doubled check with my wife and thirty minutes later purchased the van over the phone. Once at the dealership the courteous, friendly and honest service continued. They had my car ready, detailed and full of fuel. The representative took his time to carefully demonstrate the many features of the van taking extra time to make sure the key features were well understood. The finance office added to the experience by explaining our options in straight forward terms then giving us the chance to decided what to do without any pressure or any effort to sway our decision. I have purchased at least a dozen cars since my first car in 1978 and in all those purchases I have never been dealt with in such on honest, fair and courteous manner. Josh, Beebe and Dominic made this the best buying experience I have ever had, not to mention that I got the best mini van on the market. I can not overstate how easy and pleasant it was to purchase from this dealership. I am certain that if all dealers where like Honda of Bartlesville car buying would be better for everyone. Threw a price at me which was good and drove back to Tulsa to get my truck to trade in. Didn't think we would agree on trade in price but was pleasantly surprised. We agreed on what we wanted, which just so happened to be on a truck headed to Bartlesville. When it arrived, we checked it out and it exceeded our expectations. So did the dealership. I've had issues with the service side of this dealership in the distant past & was highly skeptical going back, but my wife wanted to test drive a Pilot so I gave in. We wandered the lot for about a half hour before Beebe Stephenson finished helping a customer & was surprised that no one was helping us. Beebe put our apprehension to rest from the start & explained the Pilot & it's features in easy understandable language. We were looking also at a Toyota Highlander which we had & used as a trade, but it was Beebe who sold us on the Pilot. It was the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. He made us feel right at home. More

Above and beyond We recently totaled our 2016 Odyssey SE and went in for a replacement. I told them straight up that we wanted the same thing. They then asked what color we wanted. The closest SE in our color was a 10 hour round trip. We offered to change the color, but they didn't want us to compromise and instead picked the car up and brought it back by the next day. Well above and beyond what I feel other dealerships would have done. More
