We had communicated previously and before going to the store, he ensured the car I was interested in was available. When I arrived he took me to the car, answered my questions and demonstrated the new technology and features the car had. The price we had agreed on was just that, nothing extra. I was slightly apprehensive to go car shopping - usually they swoop down and hound you so almost feel pressured into buying a car. I can honestly say that this dealership was nothing like that. From the moment I reached out online to the moment I walked though the door I felt like I mattered. I was not pressured, instead met by all the friendly people and basically treated like family.
