He took me to a large selection of the type of vehicle I wanted to purchase. We took it for a spin and he explained all the features about the car in depth as well as answered all my questions. I had a trade in so they gave me the cost of the vehicle I would be purchasing and also my trade in with the cost. I took a little time that day to think it over and went back and hour later to buy the car. Finance went very smooth and I also had my questions answered there also. One of the other dealerships quoted me a price above msrp, the second $1800 more than Josh's quote. Josh was extremely professional, walked us thru all the features, without our asking, and made our visit comfortable and pleasant. All that haggling and intrigue was not part of his presentation. He understood that I was a sure buyer and gave me his best offer. I might add that the other two dealerships contacted me and suggested that they could adjust their initial offers. Josh gave me an honest offer and I bought from him. I would definitely recommend Bartlesville Honda as my experience with them was top notch. More
