We had our 2 kids with us and they had a place to play and read while we took care of the paperwork. The service department at Honda of Bartlesville has always been top notch when we come for oil changes also. I doubt that any new Hondas purchased in our family will be bought any where but here. For the Odyssey Touring we just purchased from Honda of Bartlesville I decided to exclusively use the internet and email by using the links on several dealers' websites to request their "best ePrice". Unfortunately, in many cases either responses didn't happen at all or were very slow, the prices were out of line, and follow-up was non-existent. This was NOT the case with Honda of Bartlesville. Within ten (10) minutes I had a price back from Jeremy that was very competitive. It was clear they had given their best price with "no hassle". I also received an email from Josh - the new car Sales Manager - with follow-up and additional information - and no pressure. The entire deal was essentially completed in principle via email. We went to the dealership the next day and Jerry showed us several cars so we could pick out the trim line and color we wanted. I spoke with the parts department and service department staff while there. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was customer-focused, friendly and helpful. The bottom line, this purchase experience from start to finish was the absolute best of all seven of my new Honda buying experiences - and we've had some very good experiences in the past. The folks at Honda of Bartlesville deal upfront and honest without the "games" often encountered in buying a car. This was absolutely refreshing. We sent several emails to each other and there was NO pressure being placed on me. I liked the price of the van and they had the color that I had been looking for. I asked if he was able to meet with me on a set time and day and he could. When I got there David already had the van pulled up to the front. David then took me around the van and showed me how everything worked. We took the van out for a drive and once back we started talking about my trade. The dealership was very easy to deal with as we negotiated the trade in price. Once we were all set on price I went in to do the paperwork and the deal was done.
