Recently purchased a used SUV. Asked the sales person to check for dents since we were coming a long way, after being assure the vehicle was clean we made the 4hr trip to purchase. It was dark once we got check for dents since we were coming a long way, after being assure the vehicle was clean we made the 4hr trip to purchase. It was dark once we got there and the vehicle is black so we missed the rather significant dent in the passenger side door. Per the dealers recommendation we got a quote from another dealer and it was $1,275.00! The used car manager Mike DeNoble refused to fix it after closer examination showed it was present before we bought it. Mike originally agreed to fix it if we brought the vehicle back to them (which would had been 8hr round trip) once we wanted to do that, he said he couldn't guarantee that they would be able to fix it which was different from what he told us originally, his reasoning was that they didn't have enough money in the deal to make it right. Though we got a decent sales price we learned the hard way never trust used car sales people. More
