This dealership is run by criminals Brakes and rotors replaced in Oct '18 by Sloane. November '19 (11 months) vibration noticed. During inspection in Dec '19 3rd party mechanic told me r Brakes and rotors replaced in Oct '18 by Sloane. November '19 (11 months) vibration noticed. During inspection in Dec '19 3rd party mechanic told me rotors are warped but brakes have 75% life left. Not only did the dealer refuse to make this right and replace the rotors, they wouldnt even look at it without charging $70. I spent 2-3 times the money to have Sloane do the brakes and rotors because I expected quality. If the dealer cant make this right I'm done with the dealer and Honda. More
