Ripped wiper blade, told me rotor needed to be cut With a brand new car at first service, a nervous employee came out and sheepishly told me that I needed the rotors “cut”. Not knowing better I said ok With a brand new car at first service, a nervous employee came out and sheepishly told me that I needed the rotors “cut”. Not knowing better I said ok. Another time, I took a guy with me for just inspection and they wanted all sorts of work done, like changing trans fluid and doing belts, I said no to all and then they said they had to change my wiper blades. Said they were ripped. I had JUST put on new ones, so I know that was phony. My guy friend advised to just pay it, get out of there and never go back. More
