A New Vehicle Ms. Gibbons was a pleasure. I had no intention of leasing a new car and only went to the dealership after a brief stop at the service department for m Ms. Gibbons was a pleasure. I had no intention of leasing a new car and only went to the dealership after a brief stop at the service department for my 2008 civic. My reluctance going to any dealership is due to the unwanted aggressiveness and lack of sincerity of the sales people. I fortunately was greeted by Ms. Gibbons as i arrived, she was welcoming and inviting, the difference being it felt genuine. I was with Ms. Gibbons for several hours and she patiently went over my options which took some time since i arrived with none. I never felt pressured and Ms. Gibbons listened to my concerns and offered several alternatives when i had doubt. Ms. Gibbons is an asset and its refreshing that you have diversity with the hiring of a woman but also in your sales tactics. Some individuals shy away from dealerships due to their aggressive nature but having someone such as Ms. Gibbons available could definitely assist in that regard. The credit for me leasing my 2008 Honda Accord should go to Ms. Gibbons she mirrored my personality and adjusted on the fly to make a sale. We also have a Volvo and we have been a customer for a decade, some of which is due to their vehicles but also to one of their sales people. He is quirky, odd but real. After not seeing us for years he remembers everything about us. He even dressed up for Halloween in a shark outfit which was hilarious. I guess what i'm trying to say is different is sometimes good, it shows character and depth. You guys did a commendable act in hiring Ms. Gibbons and i would hope in the future it assists you in hiring others that don't fit the usual mold of the typical car salesman. Lost a customer I thought after 18 years of being a customer of this dealership, they would continue to foster the relationship. A poor 'policy' that was explained to I thought after 18 years of being a customer of this dealership, they would continue to foster the relationship. A poor 'policy' that was explained to me by the service lead (regarding not being able to replace a radiator for free that was installed by Sloane and went bad in less than a year in my 2001 Accord) has left a bad taste in my mouth given we had leveraged Sloane service throughout the time we have owned the car. To clarify, apparently the 'policy' states that the part is covered by labor isn't. The problem is that the labor is 3 times the cost of the part and it doesn't seem right for me to pay for labor for a faulty part. I would have thought being a customer for so long that they would offer to pay for the part and labor, but that wasn't the case. Additionally, this wasn't an isolated case around the service department. We had faulty tires installed on our car and we had insisted for almost two years that something was wrong with them, but the dealership never took action. We purchased my mother-in-laws car from Sloane, but we will no longer be customer's there. More

Not only did they lie about terms regarding a graduation discount, they were incessantly rude to me and to the Honda financial services representative I had a 3 way call with as well. Out of spite, they are holding onto my account so I cannot make a payment because they are pissed I had a third party (who evidently knew the right questions to asked and caught them lying) call them on my behalf to get an issue resolved. The one representative went as far as calling me a child and said I was a bad customer. I wasn’t too much of a child when you took my money though, was I? On top of this behavior they expected me to return to the dealership if I wanted to make my payment since they had yet to process my account. At one point I begged one of the managers to do me a favor and take the car back so I would never have to be in contact or do business with this dealership again. More

Once there I was greeted by Tim Graham & Ryan Gilbert Sales Representatives. Tim & Ryan made sure that I was satisfied with the vehicle while explaining to me all the new features in the vehicle.
