This was my first time at this dealership and it was a very smooth and straightforward experience. There were no "gimmicky sales" language or pitches which I really appreciated. Dealer was professional and the check in process was seamless. I could be wrong but they quoted me $7500 to replace a hybrid battery in a 2013 Camry which is $1000's about even the high end of dealer seamless. It seems they make the cost very high, then try and talk you into buying a new or used car My 85 year old mother has very little money left and this simply wasn't affordable for her. We paid $230 diagnostics for then to hook up and OBD scanner and read a code off. When we wen to pick it up the car would not start, After my mom retried several times she was able to get it started. I was assured its because of the bad Hybrid battery, I believe by Bassam After telling him I found a 3rd party that would replace for around 2K and come to her house to install. He said the after market batteries almost always have cells that fail every 6 months and I would need to bring back to have them replace. The new battery has a 3 year warranty and I do understand if it fails I would need to swap it out myself, but for more than a third of the cost, I will take my chances. More
