I cannot express enough the wonderful experience I just had with James his customer service was the best of the best!!! I had just left Dell Toyota feeling pretty defeated . Being in the customer service industry myself James is what customer service is all about. Not only was I holding him behind from leaving on a Saturday he was more than willing to help me figure out the car when we were leaving . To not only leave with a new car but a smile on my face because of the way we were treated goes a really long way . I will make sure to tell all my customers about the amazing experience I just had in hopes James will gain more happy customers . My experience is worthy of 20 stars not 5!!!
