After totaling my poor 2015 4Runner, I knew I wanted another. I did some major shopping and found a great deal in MD. Before heading down there from Philadelphia, I made one final call to Sloane of Malv another. I did some major shopping and found a great deal in MD. Before heading down there from Philadelphia, I made one final call to Sloane of Malvern and lucky me helpful James answered. James matched the price with not only one 2021 4Runner but 2 of them. I was super excited about the price, I agreed to drive out to Sloane Malvern instead and same day. James had both gorgeous 2021 4Runners lined up out front when I arrived early for my appointment. James saw me in my rental car and kindly came out to greet me, which was especially nice during COVID. With no pressure, I settled on one as he assured me would happen and I had my brand new 4Runner. He even dealt with the return of my rental. James truly made my dreadful car buying fear laughable, he was AWESOME TO WORK WITH!! Thank you again James:) LF More
