I wouldn’t hesitate to—and in fact will likely will—purchase another Toyota from Steve when the time comes. In the market for my first new truck or SUV, I knew that I wanted a Toyota for their superlative reliability. I went to Sloane with a general sense of which models I wanted to test and Steve patiently walked me through them all and provided practical advice about the pros, cons, and various features of each vehicle. His approach was matter of fact and never made me feel like I was being pressured or upsold. He even let me drive to my house (which is quite close by) to make sure that the truck would fit in the garage! And once we identified the prefect vehicle, Steve went above and beyond to find the exact color and options in Sloane’s investory. Since Land Cruiser inventories are pretty thin, it wasn’t easy to do. In fact, I ended up driving off the lot in a vehicle that had been earmarked for the dealership owner’s wife! There’s a reasonable chance that my young son will take over this truck one day, so I really appreciated Steve and Sloane going the extra mile to get me into exactly the car I wanted. I feel good about the price we negotiated and my trip through the finance department was painless relative to other dealers. A year on the vehicle remains perfect and Sloane’s service has been impeccable. More
