Let me start by saying I don't normally write reviews. I feel compelled to write a review for Mohamed because of his professionalism, determination, follow through and attention to detail. I visited Sloane toyota of Devon to test drive a 2013 Tundra crewman. I had previously only spoken to Jamie (internet Sales manager I believe) and had never visited the dealership prior. On a whim I emailed Jamie as he had told me previously he would need to get the vehicle driven from another Dealership if I wanted to test drive it at the Devon location. I got a phone call from Cassie advising me that Jamie was off on Saturday but she would get the vehicle delivered by 1pm so I could come by for a test drive. Immediately after I parked my Vehicle I was greeted by Mohamed. Mohamed immediately assisted me and went out of his way to get the keys for the vehicle and take me for a test drive. I was mislead on pricing of the service. Small complain about noise coming from under a car on a new car turned into service which wasn't covered under warranty.
