I have etiher purchased or leased all of my cars at Sloane Toyota since we moved to the area over three years ago. I first bought a Corolla and a Rav4, then I changed the Corolla for a Plug in Prius an Sloane Toyota since we moved to the area over three years ago. I first bought a Corolla and a Rav4, then I changed the Corolla for a Plug in Prius and just recently I changed the Rav4 for a Highlander. Every single time I've worked with Mo Sid, he is friendly, he is competent and he always wants to reach a deal that works for you and Sloane. The last time I was there I was ready to walk away without the Highlander, I came in with an idea of what I wanted and everything that was offered was not close to what I was expecting. As I was ready to leave Mo said, listen tell me what you want, it can even be something crazy, something that you don't think we will ever agree to and I promise you that I will at least try to get you that deal. I said something that not only I felt it was crazy but that I was completely sure it would be turned down. Mo stood up, discussed it with the sales manager and came back with a smile and said you are going to be happy my friend. The deal was done. I am now driving a Highlander. Sloane have not only been great with my purchases but also in providing services for my cars. They call to remind you when service is upcoming, they always try to give you an appointment for your preferred day and time, and they always treat you nice. Overall I would not hesitate in recommending Sloane Toyota of Malvern. More

Mohammed is the choice of new car agent for my circle of friends. Between us, at least 6 cars have been bought through him. He's very personable and he cares about his customers. On entering the building I saw Mohammed and explained why I was there and before I knew it my fob was fixed. And, by the way, the new building in Frazier is very impressive and will be a lot easier to navigate when my next service visit occurs. More

My family was recently in the market for a larger SUV to handle the increased kid hauling that comes with raising an active family. We settled on a used Toyota Sequoia and were pleased to find one that met handle the increased kid hauling that comes with raising an active family. We settled on a used Toyota Sequoia and were pleased to find one that met our criteria at Sloane Toyota in Devon. Overall I'd have to say my recent experience at Sloane was neutral...at best. The Good: - I feel the sales process was relaxed and at no point did I feel pressured. - I was able to walk away from the negotiating table feeling like we were given a fair price on the Sequoia as well as our trade. - Wayne Moore (Sales Manager) bent over backwards to make our buying experience a good one...despite the many setbacks. The Bad: - We were only given one key and one key FOB and were told that we could have a second set made at our local Toyota dealership (since we came from 45 min. away) and Sloane would cover it. Our local dealer (Newark Toyota World) told me that no such arrangement should have been made because they do not have an "agreement" on file with Sloane. They basically told me, "Dealers will tell you anything to sell you the vehicle, sorry about your luck." Oh well, I forked out the money and paid for it myself...we need two sets of keys. I chalk this up to me being naive and taking them at their word. - The first day we brought the Sequoia home I pushed the 4WD button and the 4WD did not engage. I called Wayne Moore who had a vehicle brought to me to use while they repaired my nonoperative new to me Sequoia. Strike two. They ended up having to replace the transfer case that thankfully they covered. Still, this was another stressful inconvenience. - The biggest issue came two weeks after our purchase. We bought the Sequoia on a Saturday after our local bank was closed. We left a PERSONAL check as a "good faith" promise we would come back with a certified bank check as soon as possible. We returned on Wednesday afternoon with a certified bank check for the total amount due. I was told that my personal check would be voided. Then...bam! I logged on to do my online banking to find that in addition to cashing the certified bank check, they also cashed my PERSONAL "good faith" check. Needless to say I was not prepared to cash a check for a sum that large and it overdrafted my checking account and caused a nightmare for me to clean up. It took another 3-4 days (and several phone calls) to have Sloane issue me reimbursement check. Yes, I learned a hard lesson. Never, ever, ever trust someone will void your personal check. Still, this was highly unprofessional. Aside from Wayne Moore, who as I mentioned went over and above to rectify many, many issues that were beyond his control, this was a relatively lackluster experience. I'd have a hard time recommending Sloane again. More

We purchased a used car from Sloane Toyota of Devon and we had a few issues with the engine light coming on and the front brakes needing work. The Dealership had us drop of the car right away and were able we had a few issues with the engine light coming on and the front brakes needing work. The Dealership had us drop of the car right away and were able to fix both issues with in a day. I was very excited how they took care of our issues and made it right for us.
