Let me start by saying I don't normally write reviews. I feel compelled to write a review for Mohamed because of his professionalism, determination, follow through and attention to detail. I visited Sloane toyota of Devon to test drive a 2013 Tundra crewman. I had previously only spoken to Jamie (internet Sales manager I believe) and had never visited the dealership prior. On a whim I emailed Jamie as he had told me previously he would need to get the vehicle driven from another Dealership if I wanted to test drive it at the Devon location. I got a phone call from Cassie advising me that Jamie was off on Saturday but she would get the vehicle delivered by 1pm so I could come by for a test drive. Immediately after I parked my Vehicle I was greeted by Mohamed. Mohamed immediately assisted me and went out of his way to get the keys for the vehicle and take me for a test drive. Mohamed was very direct honest and clearly worked hard on my behalf. I am a very satisfied customer that would highly recommend Mohamed and Sloane Toyota of Devon to all of my friends and Family. I was mislead on pricing of the service. Small complain about noise coming from under a car on a new car turned into service which wasn't covered under warranty. We have known Mohamed Sid’ahmed, our Sales Representative and Ed Toto, our Finance Manager for a number of years now. It’s reassuring to us that these same members of the Sloane Toyota team have been the and Ed Toto, our Finance Manager for a number of years now. It’s reassuring to us that these same members of the Sloane Toyota team have been there for us – and hopefully will still be around for our next Toyota in the coming years. They know us and we know them; we don’t have to explain everything all over again. We were treated like family and at an auto dealership there is no price for that. Because of that we trust them to always do the right thing for us. We felt that whenever we needed to lease a new Toyota, (4 over the last 5 years), we would be completely comfortable returning to Mohamed and Ed at Sloane knowing we are recognized as family and treated well. They worked with us to structure a lease that was right for us. My only problem? Which Toyota do I get from them next! More

Went in for routine maintenance, but I forgot to ask the service department to look into an issue that I noticed. They called unprompted about the issue, which would have been easily missed and recommended service department to look into an issue that I noticed.
