I flew in from Grand Rapids MI. to Philadelphia starting at 8:00 A.M. Steve Egrie picked my up right on time at 11:25 at the airport. Steve Egrie had everything ready and the sale went flawlessly. Excellent service all around. By contrast, the next week I went with my son to buy a used car at a Honda dealer. From start to finish it took 5.5 hours. This was a local sale. Sloane of Devon gets my highest marks. My wife is looking to buy a new car in a year and a half or so. She really likes my Prius. Even though Sloane of Devon is almost 900 mi. away, they may well get first crack a sale due to their excellent service. More

I am very informed and I always do my research. Some dealerships still try to play bait and switch with me which is dishonest and infuriating.
