I had an accessory added to my 2025 Honda Pilot and this was my first time coming to Smail Honda's service department. I do not live close. Drive time is about an 1 hour. I went to Smail Honda service because of their reviews and did they deliver. I was treated with respect, honesty and put my concerns at ease that I will continue to drive my vehicle to only their service department. I am not sure if this is standard practice at this dealership but i got a video noting what happened with my vehicle. I was impressed. They have 3 master mechanics. I feel that this is a dealer service department than i can trust to change my oil and filter and complete the project correctly and handle the more difficult repairs if ever needed. Frank was very kind and I enjoyed talking cars with him. He has created a passionate team. Highly recommended. I do not impress easily and have some knowledge of cars. They have earned my trust.
