I changed my mind 1 1/2 days later on something after I signed my papers. I called to cancel it and has been a big fiasco ever since, especially with the Finance Dept. I left 3 messages with the General Ma signed my papers. I called to cancel it and has been a big fiasco ever since, especially with the Finance Dept. I left 3 messages with the General Manager and she never returned my calls. I guess she doesn't care. My salesman, Justin Thompson was terrific!! No issues with him. My previous dealings were always good. Although, when I had my prior car serviced in December, I gave the gentleman a coupon and he did take it and use it; however, when he ran my card, he added it back on. I called them the next day and they never did correct my card or did I get a refund. More

I had an appointment for just a state inspection, and still had to wait almost 2 hours for completion.
