Our daughter had an accident while away at College and we needed to get to her asap. On the way our Pilot had brake issues. Everyone from the person who answered my call, to the service department desk person, to the mechanic, exceeded all expectations. Our Pilot was taken in immediately, the mechanic did a thorough inspection, and provided a video as well as in person explanation of every repair required. I inquired about a rental car, however the staff said “no need for that, we have an Accord loaner vehicle cleaned and with a full tank of gas ready to go”. In minutes we were back on the road. Our daughter turned out to be just fine and we were able to spend the evening with her. The following day we returned the Accord and our Pilot was washed and ready to go and operating perfectly.
