I had already been in touch with a couple of Volkswagen dealerships earlier in the week, before I stopped by Smail Mazda. I went into the Mazda dealership on the spur of the moment on a rainy day and met Don Deneen. He was very responsive, had good product knowledge and spent time on test drives of the Mazda 3 and Mazda 6. By the end of the day we worked out the deal and by the next morning I was driving the car home. By the way one of the Volkswagen dealerships did call me on my way home. I told them that I just purchased a car across the street. All in all, I have purchased or negotiated 9 new car deals for me or family members. I have found most sales people don't pay as much attention to a women when she walks into the show room. That was not my experience with Don or the Finance staff at Smail. I More
