I never felt pressured to change my mind or make a quick decision, which is definately not typical for a car dealership. After just a few minutes of negotiating, we were at the price I was comfortable with and started the paperwork, which seemed to take forever, but thats typical. Overall, Mike did a great job and was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. While meeting with Nick to sign all the final paperwork, I was very impressed with how easy going and informative he was. Once again, he explained everything very well, and I never felt pressured into to buying anything extra. Overall, I was very impressed with the Smail Mazda dealership! I went to test drive a new 2011 Mazdaspeed 3 at Smail. Ralph was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and let me take it on a good test drive. It was one of the cars on my list to check out and I was able to do this right at Smail for a back-to-back comparison. Minus the awd of the Subaru, the Mazda was the obvious choice for me.
