Mike Stanley was very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained everything and answered all our questions if we didn’t understand. He was very polite and offered us refreshments when he had to leave t He explained everything and answered all our questions if we didn’t understand. The financial manager Nick was also very helpful in explaining all the programs offered and the paperwork. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Smail and it will always be are favorite dealership. We will recommend Smail to all are friends and family. Make sure you do your homework before getting a trade in value. The offer that Kyrylo came back with was far below what other dealers offered that I'm not sure if it was a mistake or what happened here, but value. The offer that Kyrylo came back with was far below what other dealers offered that I'm not sure if it was a mistake or what happened here, but yeah--HUGE difference... (Kyrylo from Smail first offered a 14,000 trade in value on my car, then he told my son that he couldn't help him because of the low value of the car. That's odd, because the car is currently in process of being traded for 28,500 somewhere else-it's a pity, because we really wanted the car that was on the Smail lot) All offers from other dealers were in the 26,000 and up range. What happened here, Smail? More

Awesome Experience I never bought a brand new vehicle before so I wasn't exactly sure what was right for me. I was greeted by JD who did a great job comparing different cars that I liked and explaining all the features and benefits. I took a test drive and I knew right away that it was right for me.
