Bait switch dealer CROOKED AS xxxx don't have what they advertise..SALESMAN CHANGED PRICE WHILE WE WERE TEST DRIVING THE TRUCK....He went on THEIR SITE added $6000 to price when we went to buy he had chang advertise..SALESMAN CHANGED PRICE WHILE WE WERE TEST DRIVING THE TRUCK....He went on THEIR SITE added $6000 to price when we went to buy he had changed it I SCREEN SHOT the ad while my son was driving the test drive so I proved they cheated and changed it. I rented a car and drove from GA to buy a truck THEY NEVER HAD ON THEIR LOT ...So I bought a Ram 2500 the guy didn't want to sell me said YOU DONT WANT THAT TRUCK .. IT WAS A BAIT TRUCK the dealer owned more than a year!! This place should be shut down for many reasons. Also gave me way higher cost financing than what told me before I drove to NC for a truck they didn't own EVER ..It was in TEXAS at a Ford dealer the guy tells me when I rent a car drive 500 miles to buy it. I got a good ram truck but was twice the cost of the one I went to buy ..bait switch is their M.O..CROOKS. More

Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Issues arouse after the delivery of this 50K vehicle. Smart Chevrolet is refusing my calls, hanging up on me, lying to me about staff members names Issues arouse after the delivery of this 50K vehicle. Smart Chevrolet is refusing my calls, hanging up on me, lying to me about staff members names, etc. I’m not even arguing the sales price of the vehicle. I’ve been trying for ten days to get someone to hear me out, listen to my complaints and make a decision! This dealership, their staff and the owner should be ashamed of themselves. They may have decent pricing but do yourself a favor and stay away. Main issues are: Vehicle was damaged during shipping to me, only (1) key fob, hood wouldn’t stay up, coolant reservoir was empty, leaking coolant, windshield reservoir was empty, oil was burnt and black and per the window decal was 3K miles past due. Justin, my salesman told me this vehicle was serviced and all fluids were changed and fresh. Obviously, that’s not the case. Once they have your money - their done. They won’t even give me the name of their shipper so I can file a claim with them! I was told the day after delivery a check was being mailed to me for $300 for a fob. No check ten days later and thats the last time anyone would take my calls. I’m an out of state buyer so they think they can just blow me off. My next move is small claims court. Do yourself a favor and move on! Plenty of dealers out there… More

Very very disappointed and honestly mad! Drove 2hours for a truck pulled in I knew it had a accident report but I never imagined to pull in to it STILL BEING IN WRECKED CONDITION... Plastic front bumper destroyed, major dents in chrome front bumper, grill clips, headlight clips broke, smashed passenger mirror, damage drives side bed, missing fender well plastic driver side, bed paint non existent, one rust spot already (this was a 2017 83kmiles chevy1500 LTZ)! When we discussed the issues they refused to fix the issues unless we payed them!!!?? And price point (36k 500 above market) non negotiable!? Truck looked horrible. Even the office looked run down and two people we spoke to came off extremely rude. More
