My banker recommended that I should go to Terry Labonte Chevrolet to start my search for a newer vehicle due to their affiliation with the Rick Hendricks Automotive Group which gives them access to vehicles at other dealers across most of the eastern U.S. I did not visit another dealership after my first visit! I was helped by Victoria Davis, Senior Associate in New and Used Car Sales, and Julian Lewis, Management Trainee with Hendricks Automotive Group. Their professionalism and attention to detail is amazing. Using the Hendricks website, I was able to compile a list of 53 small to midsized Chevy SUVs that fit my parameters for age, mileage, and price. Victoria went through the entire list to document where the vehicle was located and the delivery fee. As luck would have it, one of my top picks was right there at Terry Labonte, so it was an easy choice! Her knowledge of the product line eliminated a model that cannot be fitted with a trailer hitch, which was one of my requirements. Julian was right there through the process over a couple of days soaking it all up, and it was great to have someone to talk sports with during intervals. It was a Ten Star experience and I would recommend Terry Labonte Chevrolet to everyone looking for a vehicle!

One name Ryan Russell. He must have lost about 30lbs., because he went back and forth so many times just to make sure I left with a vehicle. And he made it happen. They couldn’t pull up my credit report for some reason but he went above and beyond to make sure I left with a brand new vehicle. I appreciate you my brother. You did an exceptional job on the job. Listen to the negative reviews you read on Parks in Kernersville. I went on the fact that a friend had a positive experience here. We did NOT. Finance dept was the worst. Nathan i believe convinced my aunt to add on some extra years on an optional service during the final signing of the papers while I left for a few minutes to get income verification from the bank. Nathan also told me they could not refund me a hold deposit on my card since I did not have it with me to process -- Later on I was refunded back to the card without the card being present. said I would get a check in a few days Nathan no longer works there so I ended up talking to Leon who has zero customer service skills-- immediately on the defensive on every conversation -- told me the same about the card and that the back office could not send a check til something was confirmed with the financing bank -- the bank process had been complete already . just a of miscommunication and predatory practice on the back end of the deal. I regret dealing with this dealership and advise anyone to look elsewhere. The used car sales team Ben and Garrret were half way legit but the overall experience leads me to my 1 star -- would give 1/2 star if that was an option. STAY AWAY

Seatbelt sensor beeps for no apparent reason. First time we took it to be checked couldn’t replicate sensor reading. We took it 8/12 same thing it just keeps beeping for no apparent reason. The reading on the sensor says check seatbelt which service rep saw and took a picture. The truck was driven only in the parking lot and they couldn’t replicate. One person said we should trade and buy a new truck. The truck is under warranty. We told service if man made it man can fix it. Needless to say nothing has been done , or checked. I felt like we were just an inconvenience for them.
