I waited a few weeks to post this review because i truly believe in supporting local businesses. I bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership on 7/31/2025 and it was returned 3 times within the first believe in supporting local businesses. I bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership on 7/31/2025 and it was returned 3 times within the first 11 days for repairs. The vehicle was sold "as is" and the dealership did attempt to fix the problems when approached during this time frame. Since that 3rd attempt, repairs have been nonstop with major mechanical failures. It is apparent that this location does not thoroughly inspect their used vehicles before reselling. I wanted to support local but should have gone with Carvana due to previous experiences. Very disappointed! More

I'm not going to go into too much detail just yet, but I'm having a lot of trouble with customer service. You see, we purchased a car weeks ago and we still don't have the registration figured out because I'm having a lot of trouble with customer service. You see, we purchased a car weeks ago and we still don't have the registration figured out because in the process the car had several very expensive issues and we were working on that to come to some sort of resolution but nobody calls you back. We were very quickly heading towards making this a legal issue but I'm trying not to take it there. Feel free to respond to this guys, or don't work with me and will turn the temperature up. I'm not going to count my lucky stars and hope for the best like everybody else here... Have a great day! More

Drove three hours to get an advertised truck that we had spoke to a salesperson (Ike) about and was contacted by Brianna via text while in route about our eta to find out they had already sold the vehicle. spoke to a salesperson (Ike) about and was contacted by Brianna via text while in route about our eta to find out they had already sold the vehicle. Both were aware we were on our way and Ike insisted on running our credit yesterday but neither bothered to let us know the truck was sold. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I will never try to do business with them again and I will be sure to spread this information whenever the opportunity arises. More
