My CRV was in for a faulty air conditioner on June 10. I was told by Craig Mettler the part was on emergency backorder and they would call me. Have left 2 voice messsages on his cell number and no calls back. I called Zimmerman Honda and they had the part, scheduled me for installation, and did not charge me even though it was out of warranty. They had replaced 3 bad discharge hoses that week. Today is June 28 and the car is fixed free and working great because of
Zimmerman Honda. Also, Craig quoted me well over $1100 to fix it even though it was only 3 months out of warranty. Lesson learned. Also, my husband has a 2019 CRV so they lost 2 customers. Plus I have a story to tell to anyone owning a Honda looking for servicing!
