This was just the second dealership we came to in searching for our 2013 Honda Pilot. I really came in with the impression that it would not be the last, not because we heard bad things or didn't th searching for our 2013 Honda Pilot. I contacted this dealership via email initially and was contacted promptly by Tim via phone. He was willing to talk numbers over the phone but strongly encouraged us to bring in my old vehicle to get a true number we could agree on which is understandable. I was happy he was willing to start with some numbers over the phone to ensure the trip down would be worth it! Tim stayed after hours to be sure I received all the information over the phone since I was unable to be reached during daytime hours due to work. We came down the next day and were treated with great hospitality off the bat!! Julie got us into a Pilot right away to test drive and came along to answer all my questions about the features, etc. Moving into negation, I braced myself for a lot of haggling. We were not in agreement with numbers starting off but Tim came out and took us aside to get down to a number we could all agree on. The negotiating was nothing like the experience I had with our first dealership; it was much better! Everyone was very personable and friendly as well as thorough through the whole process. It took a fair amount of time to get the car ready and go through the paperwork but that's expected. Overall, this was a great car buying experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone! I had a wonderful experience with Lujack's both times I bought a car. Matt Rizzo, my salesman was incredibly helpful and made sure to get me the best deal possible on my Honda CR-V. He even sat down and walked me through how to work everything in the car and was very detailed in his explanations. My overall experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend Matt and Lujack's to anyone looking to purchase a new/used car!! More
This was by far the BEST experience buying car I have ever had. I got out from under an Explorer I owed more than what it was worth!! Matt found me a car that will save me so much money in gas mileage and brand new, I never would have thought I could get brand new!! 41 years old and I have my first brand new car thanks to Matt. There's was no pressure to buy and they were up front with all details. My credit isn't the best either so when I found out they got me approved I wanted to cry, because other dealers just said "Sorry there is nothing we can do for you." Matt took time to find out my needs and went with it and found me something great. Anyone looking to buy a new or used car I STRONGLY suggest you visit Matt Rizzo at Lujack's. Trust me.. if he got me out of a bad situation, I'm sure he will do a great job for you too. More

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND DEALING WITH HIM OR LUJACKS PERIOD. i ALSO WAS LOOKING AT A ECLISPE AT ONE OF THE OTHER LOTS AT LUJACKS AND THE SALEMAN THERE WAS NICE. hE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME HE HEARD ABOUT MY DEALING WITH THE HONDA GUY AND THAT I THOUGHT HE WAS MESSING WITH ME SO HE SAYS COME UP HERE AND PICK OUT ANY CAR ON MY LOT TONIGHT OR MONDAY (WHICH WAS MEMORIAL DAY) AND I'LL SELL IT TO YOU FOR 100 OVER INVOICE. SO OF COURSE I SAID YES GOT A FRIEND TO GO WITH ME TO DRIVE MY OTHER VECHILE HOME AND PICKED OUT THE ECLISPE I WANTED. THEN I GET READY TO BUY IT LOOK AT THE PAPERS AND SAY WHERE'S THE INVOICE? THE MANGER SAID OH NO NOT THAT CAR IT HAS TO BE A 2010! THAT'S NOT WHAT HE TOLD ME THE SALESMAN SAID AND I DROVE THERE FROM MY TOWN FR NOTHING AUSE I GOT UP TO LEAVE!!! WHAT A JOINT NO WONDER PEOPLE CALL IT SREWJACK'S!!! More
