I had gotten held up at work and when I called to say I would be late, he was very understanding. I was greeted at the door which was nice. Rick was attentive and very clear on everything. Very easy to talk to! I did have to wait awhile for the car to be brought around from the service center, but they were making everything good to go! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing a vehicle. It was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership and it was a very smooth, easy transition. No pushy sales either! Great car buying experience. Angela was wonderful. She worked with us on our trade and getting us the car we wanted, even when it was on a different lot. We even joked about how the car only came with one key and a couple weeks later, she called to tell us she had another one for us. Great car buying experience.
