I walked in Driver's Choice today with my head down because I was aware of my current situation. I was aware my credit was shot, and I thought I would walk out without purchasing a vehicle. Boy was I wrong!!!! I had the please of working with Lardell Allen, and I can honestly say it was my pleasure! Not only was he confident in getting me a deal, he made sure I was put in a good situation with an extremely reliable car. We went to Lujack Driver's Choice and meet with a salesman, Rick Hawk, and explained what we wanted. After much searching and debating, we couldn't settle on a vehicle and walked away. Rick stayed in touch every couple of weeks until we decided that we wanted to go forward with a car purchase. We received word from our credit union that we were eligible for financing and after running a few vehicles past us, we finally decided on a nice 2012 Chevy with his help. He was very patient, very kind and never seemed pushy, or just in it for a sale. He made sure we had his contact information and gave us clear instruction on using our benefits included with our purchase (free car washes and such) as well as encouraged us to contact him if anything arose that he could be of any assistance with. He really made us feel like we weren't just another sale, but someone with whom the dealership now had a relationship with. Thanks Rick. More

A car I love, well financed, and an experience that honestly made me feel like family. First, I've honestly never had good experiences at car dealerships. If it wasn't someone trying to sell me a car I didn't want just to make a sale, it was getting shut down at the financing. There was never a feeling that they really wanted my business or wanted to see me in a car I liked. My old car was breaking down and it was just time to get a new one. Within minutes of sending a message to her through Facebook, Angela was on the job for me, showing me cars that she thought I might like, and even going so face as to give me her cell number so I could text her anytime I was ready to stop in for a test drive. There was no pressure; I even did some research on my own for cars I might like based on her suggestions and got back to her when I was ready to stop in. She was willing to come in on her day off to help me out. Even though I went with something different from her suggestions, she was right on the money when it came to my wants and needs in a vehicle and my choice was something very similar to what she picked out. When she came back to me with the news that financing may be an issue, she was very clear as to what I needed to do to get myself in the car that I wanted. If I was willing to work on my end, she was going to go the extra mile for me. Both her and her sales manager were so completely accommodating and helpful throughout the process. In the end, my old car has been replaced with this beautiful automobile that still makes me cry a little when I drive, sometimes even not wanting to get out. Financing with Jason was not only really cool with the tech he had in his office, but he went out of his way to get the best financing deal he possibly could for me. It's pretty easy to look around on the internet to make sure you are not getting ripped off these days, and I'm sure they know that. Prices were at or below what we were seeing elsewhere for these cars. We did find after a few days that the battery was dead in one of the cars. We brought it back and they put a new battery in, no questions asked! Good customer service. More
